RUSOFFERS Co. aimed to establish long term business strategic partnership with Co-Partners specializing as independent power producers which own and operate similar power generation facilities - SIEMENS turbines based power plants or experienced independent EPC-contractors of SIEMENS turbines or operation-maintenance and service (commissioning, overhauling) providers of SIEMENS turbines.

RUSOFFERS Co. also has special interest to cooperate with developers/operators (BOO) of SIEMENS turbines or turnkey power generation solution providers to have a chance of making an offer of the asset along with complex of related services as turnkey power/energy generation solution, with option of O&M contract of the proposed asset in the prospective country of installation.

This is Pre-Sales Marketing research (PSM RUSOFFER) initiated by RUSOFFERS traders team for the complete turbine and accessories offered by the Owner of the asset and with the target price appointed by the Owner of the asset for funds recovery.

The documentation of the asset is available in Russian language as the asset was designed and engineered for the Customer located in Russia. All detailed information about the asset including scope of supply will be presented for the Co-Partner upon the received request / proforma offer (proposal).

RUSOFFERS Co. is collecting non-obligatory bids, non-binding letters of intent for a purchase of the asset offered formally issued by prospective Co-Partners for contracting of the pre-owned unused SIEMENS steam turbine along with complex of ancillary equipment. Details of the PSM RUSOFFER-042 including scope of supply and general terms and conditions of the deal can be discussed with Co-Partner only and after receipt of the proforma offer (proposal).

 

Supposed essential terms of the sale purchase contract and the structure of the deal:
The contracting of the asset with the USD, EUR or RUB currency of payment will be arranged by RUSOFFERS traders team directly between the Owner of the asset as the authorized Seller- Exporter of the asset in Russia and the Buyer of the asset as the Importer of the asset.
 
The supposed terms of the sale-purchase contract according INCOTERMS 2010 rules are EXW Cleared for EXPORT, on-site Owner’s yard in Russia terms. 
 
The supposed place of delivery where the asset should be collected by the Project Cargo Carrier nominated by the Buyer is the Owner’s yard located in the Center Federal District of Russia, ~2500 km far from any sea port.
 
The ownership for the asset and all risks will be passed from the Seller to the Buyer at the moment when the Project Cargo Carrier will load the asset on the Carrier’s truck.
 
The essential terms and the procedure of the assignment clause:
The asset is supposed to be passed at the Buyer’s disposal (or the Buyer’s nominated Project Carrier) in a reasonable agreed time after issuing the payment from the Buyer’s side. 
The asset must be collected by the Buyer (or the Buyer’s nominated Project Carrier) from the Seller’s yard in a reasonable agreed time specified in the sale contract.
The arrangement of the asset relocation (including if it is needed packaging, marking, painting, loading and etc) from the Seller’s place of asset location to the final destination place of delivery is supposed to be arranged by the Buyer technical team (or by the Buyer’s nominated Project Cargo Carrier or Sub-contractor under supervision of the Buyer’s representative).
 
The essential terms and procedure for payment of the asset:
The asset is expected to be paid by the Buyer before the Seller should transfer the asset at Buyer’s (or nominated Project Carrier) disposal:
-100% payment of the contract amount by bank transfer in the Owner favour against the advanced payment guarantee issued by the Company Owner’s Bank in Russia.
-100% payment by the Buyer’s nominated Project Cargo Carrier or authorized agent/representative of that Project Carrier in Russia at the moment of the asset loading on Carrier’s truck is option which must be agreed and confirmed by Seller, Buyer and Carrier before the deal arrangement.
- other methods of payment offered by the proposed Buyer maybe subject of negotiations.

 

Equipment Status: The asset is surplus new, first-handed, never been installed before in full complete condition and not covered by manufacturer’s warranty that is eligible for re-warrantying by OEM.
Brief Operating History: The all asset's equipment was manufactured in 2013, it was never been installed and was not in operation until nowadays. All main equipment of the asset and its auxiliaries, accessories are stored in the manufacturer’s packaging in the Owner’s  warehouse. The asset is ready for shipping and relocation immediately.
Total operating hours of the turbine and generator : 0 hours since new.

 

The Owner of the asset will not participate in any kind of bidding or tenders arranged by the Buyer for purchase of the asset.
 
The quoted price for the whole asset along with all ancillaries, accessories included is based on  EXW CLEARED FOR EXPORT, RUSSIA "AS IS WHERE IS" terms INCOTERMS-2010.
 
Due to instructions provided, the Company Owner of the asset prefers if the sale deal of the asset will have take a place with proposed Company Buyer which had 3+ years of successful experience with power plants in any of following areas in the country of supposed asset's destination:
- Designing and Engineering;
- Procurement and Construction;
- Relocation, Installation and Commissioning;
- Operation and Maintenance.
