RUSOFFERS TRADERS TEAM [ROTT] has been looking for the strategic Company Partner (Co-Partner), which would have interest in acquisition and relocation of the above-mentioned  used complete asset for decentralized power generation, which is being proposed as the asset recovery deal.

ROTT aimed to establish long term business relations with the Co-Partners specializing as independent power producers which own and operate similar power generation facilities - CATERPILLAR power plants, experienced independent EPC-contractors of packaged CATERPILLAR  power plants or OEM independent service providers of natural gas fueled CATERPILLAR generating sets engaged in installation and commissioning or overhauling and refurbishment or maintenance and operation of the same gensets.

ROTT is collecting non-obligatory bids, non-binding letters of intent for a purchase formally issued by prospective Co-Partners for contracting of the pre-owned unused CATERPILLAR complete power plant. Partial deals are not considered.
Details of the RUSOFFER-045 including scope of supply and general terms and conditions of the deal can be discussed with Co-Partner only and after receipt of the formal request for offer.

The Owner of the asset will not participate in any kind of bidding or tenders arranged by the Buyer for the purchase of the asset.
 
 
The price is quoted for the containerized power plant, consisisting of 2 gensets with all available accessories on FCA CIS terms.
 
The title Owner of the asset considers letters of interest in a purchase of the mentioned pre-owned used complete power plant along with all available accessories from:
- industrial end-users, independent power producers, power generators rental service providers,
- EPC-contractors experienced in power plants construction and installation as complete turnkey solutions,
-  power plants engineering and relocation contractors, reciprocating engines based gensets packagers, 
- operation, maintenance, overhauling services providers of natural gas fueled CATERPILLAR reciprocating engines,
- BOO investors, stockholders, wholesale importers of generators with POF available.
