The documentation available in Russian language as the power plant was designed and engineered by the Russian company for the Customer in Russia. All detailed information about the asset including scope of supply will be presented for the Co-Partner upon request.
 

RUSOFFERS Co. aimed to establish long term business relations with Co-Partners specializing as independent power producers which own and operate similar power generation facilities - GE JENBACHER power plants or experienced independent EPC-contractors of GE JENBACHER power plants or operation-maintenance and service (commissioning, overhauling) providers of natural gas fueled GE JENBACHER generating sets .

RUSOFFERS Co. also has special interest to cooperate with developers/operators (BOO) of GE JENBACHER gensets or turnkey power generation solution providers to have a chance of making an offer of the asset along with complex of related services as turnkey power/energy generation solution along with O&M contract of the proposed asset in the prospective country of installation.

RUSOFFERS Co. is collecting non-obligatory bids, non-binding letters of intent for a purchase of the asset offered formally issued by prospective Co-Partners for contracting of the pre-owned unused GE JENBACHER complete power plant. Details of the PSM RUSOFFER-043 including scope of supply and general terms and conditions of the deal can be discussed with Co-Partner only and after receipt of the proforma offer (proposal).

This is Pre-Sales Marketing research (PSM RUSOFFER) initiated by RUSOFFERS traders team for the complete power plant offered by the Owner of the asset and with the target price appointed by the Owner of the asset for funds recovery.

The Owner of the asset will not participate in any kind of bidding or tenders arranged by the Buyer for the purchase of the asset.

The price is quoted for the containerized power plant with all available accessories on EXW CLEARED FOR EXPORT, RUSSIA terms.
 
The Owner of the asset considers letters of interest in a purchase of the mentioned pre-owned used complete power plant along with all available accessories from:
- industrial end-users, independent power producers, power generators rental service providers,
- EPC-contractors experienced in power plants construction and installation as complete turnkey solutions
-  power plants engineering and relocation contractors, reciprocating engines based gensets packagers, 
- operation, maintenance, overhauling services providers of natural gas fueled GE JENBACHER reciprocating engines,
- BOO investors, stockholders, wholesale importers of generators with POF available.
