The estimated Shipping Volume and Weight of the asset is ~ 230 000 kg (3 gensets and up to 7PCS of 40HC containers for auxiliaries and accessories).

 

Supposed essential terms of the sale purchase contract and the form of the deal:
The signing of a contract for sale of the asset with the USD, EUR or RUB currency of payment will be arranged by RUSOFFERS traders team directly between the Owner of the asset as the authorized Seller and Exporter of the asset and the Buyer of the asset as the Importer of the asset through the Project Cargo Carrier as it is below mentioned.
 

Essential terms of the prospective deal: Contracting of the power plant will be arranged along with installation and commissioning services fulfilled by the nominated RUSOFFERS Co. experienced in DEUTZ/MWM gensets service provider from Bangladesh, which already inspected this power plant. The company Buyer must nominate the Project Cargo Carrier responsible for purchase this power plant from the Company Owner in Russia and for freight, logistics, Customs clearance procedures for power plant  export from Russia (Project Cargo Carrier may also be recommended by RUSOFFERS Co.). 

 
The supposed place of delivery where the asset should be collected by the Project Cargo Carrier nominated by the Buyer is the Owner’s yard located in the South Federal District of Russia, ~150 km far from NOVOROSSIYSK Commercial Sea Port.
 
The ownership for the asset and all risks will be passed from the Seller to the Buyer at the moment when the Project Cargo Carrier will load the asset on the Carrier’s truck.
 
The essential terms and the procedure of the assignment clause:
The asset is supposed to be passed at the Buyer’s disposal (or the Buyer’s nominated Project Carrier) in a reasonable agreed time after payment issuing from the Buyer’s side. 
The asset must be collected by the Buyer (or the Buyer’s nominated Project Carrier) from the Seller in a reasonable agreed time specified in the sale contract.
The asset relocation (including if it is needed packaging, marking, stuffing, loading, handling and etc) from the Owner’s place of asset location to the final destination place of delivery is supposed to be arranged by the Buyer technical team (or by the Buyer’s nominated Project Cargo Carrier).
 
If the Buyer needs and upon additional Buyer’s request all the mentioned complex of services can be provided by an experienced Project Cargo Carrier of such kind services in Russia that can be proposed to the Buyer by RUSOFFERS Co.
 
The essential terms and procedure for payment of the asset:
The asset is expected to be paid by the Buyer before the Seller should transfer the asset at Buyer’s (or nominated Project Carrier) disposal by any of the following options:
-100% payment bank transfer;
-100% covered irrevocable documentary letter of credit issued  to the Seller's bank (NORDEA) or confirmed by the Seller’s bank if the L/C is not covered with condition of payment against copy of shipping document: either deed of conveyance of the asset signed and stamped by the Seller and Buyer or  CMR, loading report issued by the Buyer’s nominated Project Carrier and confirming the acceptance of the asset by that Carrier;
-100% payment by the Buyer’s nominated Project Carrier or its authorized agent/representative of the Project Carrier in Russia at the moment of the asset loading on Carrier’s truck is optional type of the payment method which must be agreed and confirmed by Seller, Buyer and Carrier before the deal arrangement.

 

Equipment Status: The asset is used, dismantled  and out of Manufacturer’s warranty. As it is being offered for sale in condition  “as is and where is” for potential Customers pre-purchase inspection of the asset is recommended for technical team of proposed users or operators of the asset.
 
Brief Operating History: The power plant was in operation in the UK until 2005 fueled by natural gas or mines gas. Total operating hours of the gensets are about 10700, 11200, 12700 hours since new. 
Technical maintenance, overhaul and service of the power plant were provided by DEUTZ UK Ltd service provider. They implemented E50 12000 hrs scheduled maintenance and overhaul of 3 gensets (replacement of all cylinder heads, overhauling of all turbochargers, upgrading of control panel  with replacement by genius OEM parts in 2006 before shipment of the asset to Russia. The asset was relocated and preserved in Russia in 2007.
Besides some preventive maintenance for gensets was carried out by Owner's technicians with barring gear until 2013. In 2013 trying to rotate a crankshaft of a genset  by a barring gear it was blocked and the barring gear was damaged. A few of cylinder heads and all alternators have corrosion markings and need for recondition. Therefore before gensets re-installation most likely that gensets will require for some kind of recondition and maintenance carrying out because of long-term keeping them in warehouse in non-working condition.
All documentation and service / maintenance reports regarding to the power plant are available from the current Owner of asset.
All gensets and major part of auxiliaries stored in dismantled condotion in the Owner’s cold warehouse and received containers on the open yard as the Owner connected to grid and cancelled the distributed power generation project.
Although all ancillaries and accessories for the power plant are available in-stock most of them are obsolete as they have old year of manufacture, some ones have partially corrosion and require for modernization, some ones have damages received during relocation of the power plant.

 

The Owner of the asset will not participate in any kind of bidding or tenders arranged by the Buyer for the purchase of the asset.
 
This is a pre-sales marketing research. The owner of the power plant considers letters of interest, offers to acquire the asset from industrial end-users, independent power producers, experienced EPC-contractors of power plants construction,  power plant relocation service providers or operation, maintenance and service providers of DEUTZ MWM power plants with reciprocating engines installed. 
 
Potential Customers who would like to negotiate with the Owner of the asset any points concerning with pre-purchase inspection arrangement, offered price ideas for the asset, terms and conditions of the contract or any other offerings can do it as soon as they confirm specified essential terms of the sale contract and provide RUSOFFERS traders team with guaranteed confirmation to contract the asset with provided terms and conditions.
 
Recondition | Overhauling option. Because of long term storage of the asset in a warehouse DEUTZ gensets need for some maintenance, recondition and spare parts replacement. If a Customer would like to get the gensets in condition ready for immediate installation and commercial operation upon a Buyer’s request RUSOFFERS Co. can initiate offer for recondition, maintenance of all gensets from OEM independent experienced service provider for this type of gensets.
